Nowadays, Hacienda Salinas produces patisserie, confections and “mantecadas” the same way and with the same care as we have been doing for the past 140 years.
We believe in artisan production, in natural methods and ingredients. Only this way you can get authentic flavours.
We bake in small batches at our small Hacienda, located in a tiny village near the Pyrenees, in Navarre.
We have several quality certifications such as “Artisans of Navarre-Artesanos de Navarra”, and “Gourmet Kingdom-Reyno Gourmet” that assure our traditional and artisan methods as well as our quality control and traceability system.
At this moment we are recovering traditional confections from the old Salinas recipe book and at the same time as we create new and original products inspired by our travelling around the world.
